ISOUSB-485 USB adapter to isolated RS485 1Mbaud |
ISOUSB485 is an USB 2.0 to RS485 isolated serial converter. The converter provides an USB 2.0 interface based on FT232RL chipset from FTDI. The USB port driver is available on the FTDI website www.ftdichip.com.
The RS485 interface is primary intended for the configuration and command of the Westline motor controllers in the SmartDRIVE family and provide half duplex connection up to 1.25 Mbaud.
The USB port supplies the power and a DC/DC converter supplies the insulated section.
